Our Fabulous Lions
We have four lions Queenie, Gypsy, Jade and Ruby. Queenie, and Gypsy, along with Eddie who sadly passed away at the end of 2008, all retired from a circus. Jade and Ruby have lived here for many years. Even though they are missing Eddie, the four girls make an impressive pride. Lions tend to sleep for 20 hours of every day, so dont be surprised to see them lying around enjoying life until their next feed. Find out more about our lions at our daily Wild Encounters at 2pm.
