Junior Zoo Cub students
The Franklin Zoo & Wildlife Sanctuary is now closed and will not be conducting any more holiday programmes.
Zoo Cubs is a half day programme for 8-11 year olds.
Junior Zoo Keepers is a 2-day programme for 12-17 year olds.
Both give you a chance to have fun and experience our exotic and indigenous wildlife up close and personal, while learning to provide for their physical and behavioural needs in captivity.
If you would like to participate in a course and choose your own dates, we will run courses for a minimum of 4 children, maximum of 8 children on dates which you select - please call us on 09 236 8686 to make arrangements.

Saturday 19th May 2012 - (mid term) - 9am to 1pm
Monday 2nd July 2012 - (school holidays) - 9am to 1pm
Monday 9th July 2012 - (school holidays) - 9am to 1pm
Junior Zoo Keeper Courses (12-17 year olds) 2 day course $250 incl gst
Saturday 2nd June & Saturday 9th June 2012 (2 day course) from 9am to 4pm each day (Mid term)
Tuesday 3rd July & Wednesday 4th July 2012 (2 day course) from 9am to 4pm each day (School Holidays)
